Bai-Gu Chuang Mushroom Garden-新社百菇莊
What kind of farm has a variety of mushrooms and a big chicken coop? Our kindergarteners had a field trip to Bai-Gu Chuang Mushroom Garden!
They learned that different types of mushrooms need different temperatures to grow. Chicken manure can be used as fertilizer for mushrooms, and mushrooms can be processed into feed for chickens.
The kids had a great time learning how to beat eggs and make delicious mushroom snacks. They also got to feed the chickens! This field trip was a fun way to learn about food and agriculture.

是什麼樣的農莊，能夠有著各式的菇類之餘，還能有著好大的養雞場呀？喔！這次中班寶貝們的戶外教學來到了新社百菇莊！體驗一系列的農場趣味活動！
原來不同的種類菇，要照顧的室溫不一樣；養雞場所產生的肥料都可以是菇類的養分，而菇類也可以成為再加工的飼料呢！
體驗如何打蛋汁，製作好吃的菇類小點心，更與母雞近距離餵食飼料！食農教育的落實，並在寶貝們身上感受到了最天真單純的快樂。
