When it comes to May, we always think of a very special day. A day dedicated to celebrating all the “Mama’s” around the world – this day is Mother’s Day.

All moms play one of the most important roles in our lives. They sacrifice themselves every day to provide the best for their children. Whenever our teachers talk to the students about their moms, their faces always light up showing how happy their moms make them feel. They have many interesting answers to a simple question such as “What does your mom usually do for you?”, which is always interesting to hear.

This year, we planned a very special surprise for our moms for Mother’s Day. Our students not only recited a special poem with actions and props which was turned into a special video, but they also made amazing and unique gifts and cards with personal photos, drawings, and designs.

Being a mother is not always easy, and even though their lives are busy, it is still full of love for their children. Because of our Moms, we feel loved, cared for and happier in our hearts.
So, on this special day, give your mom a big hug and say, “Thank you for ALL you do Mom, I love you!”.

溫馨的月份到了，說到五月，直接想到的就是這個特別的節日-母親節！

「媽媽煮飯給我吃喔！」、「媽媽載我上學」、「媽媽很辛苦！幫我們洗衣服」、「媽媽都會給我抱抱喔」、「我會跟媽媽一起做餅乾喔！」首先與孩子團討媽媽平時都幫自己做了什麼事情？孩子們只要講到[媽媽]臉上都是滿滿的幸福…犧牲自己的時間，為了孩子盡心盡力，媽媽這個角色真的很偉大…

這次特別與孩子一起練習了一首母親節的小詩，加上動作、道具，錄製了小影片要送給媽媽們的驚喜！小詩簡易又朗朗上口，孩子們都已經非常熟練，讓孩子在家唸給媽媽聽喔！

錄完小詩，開始進行創作卡片囉！這次卡片是營造活潑、甜蜜的感覺，所以有設計了動作讓孩子拍個人照，再讓孩子們自己畫心目中的媽媽、剪愛心、以及配合小詩的花，再將自己的照片黏上，加點裝飾就可以送給最愛的媽媽了喔！

媽媽的世界很忙碌，但卻裝滿了孩子，能用自己的肩膀為孩子扛起一片天…

因為有媽媽在，我們內心就會感到更溫暖更幸福！所以在這個特別的日子裡，給媽媽一個大大的擁抱，還有跟媽媽說聲：媽媽，我愛你！
