With recent typhoons as our inspiration, Firefly brought the Ocean theme to life by connecting science with real-world events!

Using bottles filled with water, a bit of dish soap, and some creativity, our little scientists spun up mini typhoons, simulating the interaction of hot and cold air.

Then, with straws in hand, they created whirlpools on water, mimicking the swirling forces of nature!

These hands-on experiments helped the kids explore the fascinating relationship between typhoons and the ocean, making learning both fun and meaningful.
